Pumpkin Smoothie

  • 6 oz vanilla nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 c canned pumpkin
  • 1 tart apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 t cinnamon
  • 1 c ice

Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie

  • 2 T Peanut Butter (try Better n Butter for ½ the calories)
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (I love Yoplait 100 Greek 2x protein)
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Berry and Green Tea Smoothie

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • 1 cup brewed green tea, cooled
  • 2 packets of stevia extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice for tartness.

Clean Breeze Smoothie

  • small cucumber, chopped
  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled
  • 1 cup ginger-flavored kombucha (see Tip)
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
  • 6 ice cubes

Wine Spritzer

  • Club soda
  • Wine of your choice
